Manchester City have received a serious injury blow recently after their star, Gabriel Jesús, has been confirmed injured for a long period, not less than two months.
The injury made some issues for Manchester City’s manager Pep Guardiola who has to find a replacement for Gabriel Jesus, and the signing of Arsenal’s star Alexis Sanchez in January may be his only solution after planning to wait until the summer to sign him for free.
According to the English outlet Daily Mail, Arsenal are refusing to sell Alexis Sanchez for less than £ 35 million during the current winter transfer windows in January.
Manchester City was not ready to pay for the player this much, which would cost them nothing in a few months as Alexis Sanchez’s contract with Arsenal expires next summer.
The reports suggest that Manchester City will now try to reach a compromise solution with Arsenal, and will pay £ 35 million, to complete the deal, after Manchester City missed one of their main strikers due to the injury that will rule Gabriel Jesus for next February and March.
