Chelsea are looking to strengthen their squad in several deals this season and Antonio Conte will make several deals during the current transfer window to ensure the high performance of his team in the Premier League and the Champions League.
According to the Daily Star report, Chelsea had decided to give up their interest to sign the Brazilian left back from the Italian giant, Juventus, Alex Sandro, during the current winter transfer windows this month.
Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho is reported that he wants to sign Alex Sandro as his first target in January to strengthen his defense and especially the left back flack after the bad form of the Italian defender Matteo Darmian and Luke Shaw which are reported to leave the Old Trafford once Alex Sandro arrives.
The reports said that Chelsea would not insist on signing Alex Sandro, despite the lack competition and a good replacement, for the Spanish left wing back, Marcos Alonso.
Giuseppe Marotta, Juventus’s manager, has confirmed that there is interest from several European clubs to sign Alex Sandro, but at the moment there are no negotiations with any club to sign him.
