Chelsea’s manager, Antonio Conte, has decided on the striker he wants to sign in the January transfer windows in order to help Alvaro Morata in Chelsea this season.
According to the latest reports, Antonio Conte has asked the board of his club, Chelsea, to sign West Ham United’s striker, Andy Carroll, as a second striker in the team to rotate and play with Alvaro Morata.
According to the newspaper Metro, Antonio Conte isn’t convinced with Michy Batshuayi, and he wants to buy a new striker to help the team and he is looking to sign the English striker and former Liverpool player, Andy Carroll, especially after the bad performance from Alvaro Morata in the London Derby against Arsenal where Chelsea drew 2-2.
Antonio Conte seems wants to sign Andy Carroll to create a real competition for the Spaniard, Alvaro Morata, who is the sole striker for Chelsea this season, and he may sell the Belgian striker, Michy Batshuayi, this month or loan him.
The 28 years old striker, Andy Carroll, has scored two goals this season, but he didn’t get a lot of chances or started in every game this season with West Ham United, and he is looking to move to a new club and he may go to Chelsea or Southampton FC.
